As a result of Alkan Group's vertical development policy, Alconstruction is founded in 2005, to serve in the construction sector.

Alconstruction started to developed Group's own construction projects beginning with the acqusition of Amara Dolce Vita hotel in Tekirova in 2005.

The Group's HQ in Antalya was also constructed by the company.

Alconstruction also took active role in Group's charity projects and completed the construction of two high schools that are donated to the Ministry of Education of Turkey in 2007.

Company's more commercial project, Lara Hill Luxurious Villas, that is initiated with the Municipality of Antalya, consists of luxurious villas that will provide an example for the forthcoming city development projects.
